Welcome to the KJ Studios 2024 Mid Year Show! 

This show has five sessions. Please ensure you purchase the right tickets for the right session or sessions as changing these on the day is not possible. 

Tickets are capped at 2 per session. This is to allow everyone the opportunity to come in and watch the show. 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please make sure you have your tickets out and ready to scan to make entry as smooth as possible. 

Dancers Info

If you have a dancer in a session and they are sitting in the audience, you DO NOT need to buy a ticket for them. Please add this information during checkout so we have the relevant info on where they might be during that session.

PLEASE NOTE:
YOU MUST BUY A TICKET FOR ANY DANCERS WHO ARE NOT IN THAT SESSION.

'Babes in Arms'

Kids under 16 months who will remain in parents arms/lap for the entirety of the performance DO NOT need a ticket.


Purchasing for someone else or selling tickets

If you are buying tickets for someone else, please note which tickets you send to them and which you are using. All tickets are scanned during entry and duplicate tickets WILL NOT gain entry to the event if they are already scanned.

If you can no longer attend and wish to sell your tickets, please email the ticket or tickets to the new holder. As mentioned above duplicate tickets WILL NOT gain entry to the event if they are already scanned so please be careful on which tickets the new holder is sent. 
Show Sessions
General Terms

All prices are in NZD and are including Tax ( NZ GST 15% ). Per ticket Service Fee and Processing Fee are calculated at checkout.

All items are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Please ensure you are purchasing the exact item that you are after.

By purchasing items from the TicketEzy website or TicketEzy Events website, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy
Each event has its own specific refund policy. By default, TicketEzy does not offer refunds or exchanges on all items unless required by law to do so. Please check the fine print of the event you're attending for refund specifics if any.
 
If in the unlikely event that the organiser has to postpone an event due to a natural disaster or weather related issues, the event organiser will do an event wide broadcast and refunds may be processed if the organisers gives the approval to do so or if required by law. In this case please raise a support request or email [email protected] to start the refund process. Please note only the base ticket price will be refunded. All booking, service, or transaction fees will not be refunded.

If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to the full transaction amount you originally paid minus any booking, card processing or transaction fees. Any donations or contributions paid as part of a transaction are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy

All Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of New Zealand.

In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card or Visa Debit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. You have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting the event organiser directly or TicketEzy prior to the replacement date for the postponed event. In the event that an organiser authorises ticket refunds for a postponed event, they will be issued only to the original credit card or Visa Debit card used for the purchase.

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of New Zealand. 

If an event has been postponed, all tickets will be valid for the new dates of the event. If the event has been changed completely, your ticket will be transferred automatically. Please refer to the cancellation policy or our full T&C's.

In the case of purchasing the wrong ticket type for an event, please contact the original event organiser for a resolution. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse exchanges, transfers or canceled tickets if the buyer was at fault.

Age Restriction

Some events may have age restrictions and it is your responsibility to determine prior to the purchase of tickets whether such policies or disclaimers exist. TicketEzy is not liable for refusal of admittance based on any type of restriction nor is TicketEzy liable for any event that may contain content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers or traumatises you or any person you have purchased tickets for.

Miscellaneous Policies

Email marketing for organisers:
If you opt-in to receive email marketing during checkout, your email address will be shared to the event organiser of this event. If you wish to unsubscribe from their email marketing, there will be an unsubscribe button generally at the bottom of the newsletter. If the event organiser fails to display an unsubscribe button or refuses to unsubscribe you from their email marketing list, please contact [email protected] and our support team will assist. 

Email marketing for TicketEzy:
If you opt-in to receive email marketing during checkout, your email address will be added to the TicketEzy mailing list. If you wish to unsubscribe from our email marketing, there will be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter. If our newsletter fails to display an unsubscribe button please contact [email protected] and our support team will assist.
